Founder of CLC Law
Courtney is the founder of CLC Law and a dedicated advocate for clients across the Lower Mainland. Born and raised in Maple Ridge / Pitt Meadows, British Columbia, Courtney has deep roots in her community and a strong commitment to providing compassionate, effective legal representation.
Courtney was called to the Alberta Bar in 2015 and later to the British Columbia Bar in 2019. She began her legal career in Edmonton, where she focused exclusively on Criminal and Family Law. After returning home to British Columbia, she expanded her practice to include Child and Family Services matters, continuing to build a reputation for her skill, empathy, and tenacity in the courtroom. Known for her seasoned litigation experience, Courtney is confident and composed in all levels of court proceedings.
At CLC Law, Courtney’s practice is concentrated in Criminal Defence and Family Law. In criminal defence, she represents clients facing charges such as assault, impaired driving, drug possession and trafficking, domestic violence, weapons offences, and sexual assault. In family law, she assists clients with divorce, child custody, common-law separation, and child welfare matters.
Courtney understands that legal issues can be overwhelming and emotionally taxing. She is dedicated to guiding her clients through these challenges with honesty, professionalism, and care—working tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcomes. She offers free initial consultations and is available to discuss a wide range of legal concerns.
When she’s not advocating for her clients, Courtney enjoys travelling, spending time with her family, and exploring different cultures around the world. Her love for animals and adventure reflects her compassionate nature—qualities that also define her approach to law.
Courtney is a member of both the Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of Alberta, and she proudly continues to serve clients throughout the Lower Mainland and beyond.
